Online Learning
The videos are in French and can be dubbed into English and German. Subtitles are available in Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, English, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish.
The training courses are available for 60 days from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable.
The training courses can be accessed on a computer or tablet with a screen diagonal of at least 10″ and one of the following browsers (latest version):

Certification
All certification sessions are available in 10 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Russian. Certification sessions for the FHH Watch Advisor and FHH Watch Expert levels are also available in Arabic.
in the “My account” area, you can automatically reschedule or cancel your certification session, free of charge, up to 72 hours before the start of the session.
There are several ways to prepare for the exam. On the one hand, the FHH Academy provides a detailed bibliography, including a large number of useful books and websites. Alternatively, you can prepare for the FHH Watch Advisor certificate by taking our Watch Essentials Video Series training course.
On the certification platform, you’ll find a practice test that you can take whenever you like. The practice test is shorter than the regular exam. On the other hand, the questions are similar to those you’ll encounter on the exam.
The certification tests can be taken on a computer or tablet with a screen diagonal of at least 10″ and one of the following browsers (latest version):

A few days before the start of the test, you will receive detailed information on the test procedure, as well as a link to the remote monitoring session. The session may be recorded for technical support and monitoring purposes. Data will be stored until the time limit for contesting results has expired.
You have one hour for the Watch Advisor exam, one and a half hours for the Watch Specialist exam and two hours for the Watch Expert exam.
Every question must be answered in order to complete the exam. If you do not complete the exam, you will unfortunately be deemed to have failed.
No. All documents, computers and telephones are strictly forbidden during the test.
You will have access to your results no later than one week after taking the test. The transcript will be issued by the FHH and can be consulted via your user account.
Your certificate will be supplied in electronic form. On request, we can send you a paper version.
You can contest your results in writing, within 30 days of being notified of the results. A final decision will be taken by the FHH.
Yes, participants who are minors can take the test, but require written authorization from their legal guardians.
